Delivery Charges

Standard delivery usually takes place 3-5 working days after placing your order.  In the event of delays, we will not be held responsible or accountable.  Standard delivery charges are as follows.  Next day delivery can be arranged if required, and charges are listed below.  Next day delivery orders must be received by 12pm.  Please email hazel@hazelkaye.com  and/or telephone 01234 826502 if urgent delivery is required.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal only. Payment will be debited from your account shortly before despatch of the product to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order.
